  • Shared Hosting Basic (Managed): $119 per month or $1,190 per year (includes 2 months free). Tailored for standard entry-level websites on shared server architecture.

  • Managed Bronze: $199 per month or $1,990 per year (includes 2 months free). Specifications include Standard Business capabilities, 32GB Storage, and 1GB RAM.

  • Managed Silver: $299 per month or $2,990 per year (includes 2 months free). Specifications include 2 vCPUs, 2GB RAM, and 80GB Storage.

  • Managed Gold: $449 per month or $4,490 per year (includes 2 months free). Specifications include 4 vCPUs, 16GB RAM, and 384GB Storage.

  • Managed Enterprise: $750 per month or $7,500 per year (includes 2 months free). Specifications include 6 vCPUs, 24GB RAM, and 448GB Storage.

Basic Hosting (Self-Managed)

Clients selecting Basic Hosting receive only the infrastructure and assume full responsibility for the health, updates, security, and backups of their website software.

By choosing a Basic Hosting tier, the Client acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for installing and maintaining all software, applying security patches and updates, monitoring site performance, and executing, maintaining, and testing standalone website backups. The Client is also responsible for application-level security hardening and uptime. JEM Digital is not liable for software failures, data loss, performance issues, or security breaches on Basic Hosting plans.

Basic Hosting Tier Options & Fees

  • Shared Hosting Basic (Unmanaged): $9 per month or $90 per year. Baseline unmanaged entry-level infrastructure.

  • Quantum: $19 per month or $199 per year. Specifications are tailored for Simple Sites and non-ecommerce Blogs.

  • Bronze Basic: $49 per month or $499 per year. Specifications include 32GB Storage.

  • Silver Basic: $99 per month or $990 per year. Specifications include 2 vCPUs and 2GB RAM.

  • Gold Basic: $149 per month or $1,490 per year. Specifications include 4 vCPUs and 16GB RAM.

  • Enterprise Basic: $550 per month or $5,500 per year. Specifications include 6 vCPUs and 24GB RAM.

Optional Service Upgrades

The following optional services may be selected to enhance any hosting tier:

  • E-Commerce Support (+$199/month): Includes up to five (5) hours per month of technical troubleshooting related to e-commerce checkouts and payment processing. If not selected, all e-commerce support requests will be billed at standard rates.

  • Analytics Reporting (+$10/month): Automated month-end Google Analytics reports delivered via email. Excludes interpretation, consulting, or training.

  • Anti-Spam Security (+$10/month): Premium form-security plugin and configurations to mitigate malicious bot activities.

  • Guaranteed Email Delivery (+$5/month): Installation of WP Mail SMTP Pro to optimize delivery. Requires Client to provide a permanent, active, dedicated professional email account.

Standard hourly rate $50 per hour.
